Reviews and Ratings
We enjoyed a memorable romantic getaway at this hotel, which was beautifully designed and set in a peaceful location perfect for couples. The stunning views and fantastic spa facilities were highlights of our stay. However, we found the rooms quite basic and in need of refurbishment, and the lunch menu felt overpriced for what it offered.
Our stay at this resort was truly magical, set amidst breathtaking mountain scenery, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff were outstanding, from Jean Marco and Francesca in the restaurant to Madriella at reception. However, we did face some challenges with transportation options and our room felt a bit outdated, which is something to consider if you're looking for a truly luxurious experience.
My experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the resort is set in a beautiful, tranquil location surrounded by nature, I faced some major issues during my stay. The lack of proper hot water and the subsequent customer service experience left a sour note, overshadowing some of the nicer amenities like the lovely pool and stunning grounds.
This hotel boasts a beautiful Italian and rustic charm, with luxurious rooms and a stunning pool area and spa. I enjoyed my time lounging in the sun, and the Michelin-star restaurant on-site was a remarkable experience. However, some aspects of service were disappointing, particularly my experience with hot water availability during a critical time.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable beds made for a relaxing experience, and the pool area was a highlight with plenty of loungers available. However, the service could be improved as I found it often lacking, and the strict pool towel policy was a bit frustrating. If they could enhance the service and address a few minor maintenance issues, this could be a truly great destination.
